Bridal Party Information We are pleased you have chosen GLOW salon and spa for your special day. The following information is to assist you as you plan for your wedding day appointments. Please fill out the bridal party worksheet as soon as possible. Your appointments will be held on a first serve basis and will be scheduled into the computer upon receiving your bridal party information or six months prior to the wedding. At this time, you will also receive a phone call confirming all of your requested appointments. You may mail or fax the bridal worksheet to us. A credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is REQUIRED to reserve all appointments. Your credit card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s) ONLY if we received a cancellation of less than a 24 hour notice or a missed appointment. It is our recommendation that the bride come in for a trial run at least 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding date and at this time please remember to have your veil or any hair accessories or jewelry you will be wearing. On the day of the wedding, our stylist request arriving with completely dry hair as your style will hold better than freshly shampooed hair. As a suggestion, wearing a top that is a zip up or button up will make it easier when you ned to change into your bridal attire. Refreshments, along with bagels and cream cheese will be available to the bridal party on the day of the wedding. If your party is interested in other services such as a manicure and/or pedicure, we suggest planning these services the day before. Bridal Parties of 8 or more receive the trial for the hair for free!
