Scheduling:                   We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, so that we will be able to give you the allotted time needed for your service.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your visit

 (GLOW will not be responsible for any gift certificates that are lost) Please redeem gift certificates by the expiration date, expiration dates may not be extended for any reason. Failure to provide 24 hour cancellation notice for a gift certificate appointment will result in forfeiture of gift certificate.

Purchasing

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased at anytime online, by phone or fax (414.727.4576).  Be sure to include your name, the recipients name, amount or spa package desired, and credit card information in your fax.  We can then send the certificate to either you or the recipient or hold it at our front desk for you to pick up at your earliest convenience. 

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks. There will be an additional $30.00 charge on any returned checks.

Cancellations: 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services to avoid cancellation charges of 50% of the cost of services reserved.

Adult Environment: To maintain our peaceful spa environment, the spa facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of 12 are allowed unless they are receiving services.

Valuables: We ask that you leave all valuables at home, GLOW cannot be responsible for them.  We do have lockers available for any items that you may have brought with you.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

Gender Equality: We offer all of our services to both male and female clients.

Parking: There is metered street parking in front of the salon, which is $.25 per 10 minutes. There are also a number of parking structures and lots located around the salon.
